We’re proud to share that the Oceanography Centre has received the Encouragement Award at the 2nd edition of the OceanLove Innovation Awards 2025, held during the Tomorrow Blue Economy World Congress, with our innovative project ClimatePod.

Selected from 260 submissions across 64 countries, ClimatePod stood out for its inventive and hands-on approach to making marine science visible and accessible. Our team is committed to helping students, researchers, and decision-makers directly experience the realities of ocean and climate change, and this recognition motivates us even further.

Είμαστε περήφανοι να ανακοινώσουμε ότι το Ωκεανογραφικό Κέντρο βραβεύτηκε με το Βραβείο Ενθάρρυνσης στη 2η διοργάνωση των OceanLove Innovation Awards 2025, που πραγματοποιήθηκε στο πλαίσιο του Tomorrow Blue Economy World Congress, με το καινοτόμο έργο μας ClimatePod.

Ανάμεσα σε 260 υποβολές από 64 χώρες, το ClimatePod ξεχώρισε για την ευρηματική και πρακτική του προσέγγιση, που κάνει την επιστήμη της θάλασσας ορατή και προσβάσιμη. Η ομάδα μας δεσμεύεται να βοηθά μαθητές, ερευνητές και φορείς λήψης αποφάσεων να βιώνουν άμεσα τις πραγματικές διαστάσεις της κλιματικής και ωκεάνιας αλλαγής, και αυτή η διάκριση μας δίνει ακόμη μεγαλύτερη ώθηση.
