A fleet of autonomous underwater vehicles will provide early detection and monitoring of underwater oil plumes, feeding numerical models and increasing preparedness to reduce the consequences of oil spills on the coast. This project is an extension of the URready4OS (2013), which funded the increase of the fleet of underwater vehicles.
