Sea4all: Enhancing critical thinking in schools for marine pollution using innovative ICT technologies

In the Sea4All programme, educational material will be developed in collaboration with specialists in three disciplines: teachers will develop the curriculum and materials to be used, which will be enriched with scientific data and studies provided by expert marine scientists on deep-sea and coastal pollution. With the assistance of software development specialists, the material will be presented and used in innovative electronic tools. Electronic games and the educational platform will be based on environmental studies and recognised pedagogical methods and requirements to help raise pupil awareness and shape critical thinking through play during the educational process.

The project also aims to develop skills through exploratory learning and creative activities. In this context, both education and knowledge, as well as the multifaceted content and tools, will be formulated to address different levels and types of learning and to facilitate educational objectives, accounting for the interests, goals and preferences of students.
