The German research vessel MARIA S. MERIAN successfully completed the cruise MSM 14/1, in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of Cyprus, in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea, from 17 December, 2009 until 14 January, 2010. The cruise was performed in collaboration between the Oceanography Center of the University of Cyprus and the University of Hamburg.
