The Oceanography Centre is equipped with advance high electronic oceanographic equipment such as :

- A network of coastal sea level stations,
- Offshore buoy,
- HRPT ground satellite receiving station
- High processing, large storage capacity Multi CPU, multi core servers
The Centre charters periodically multi-purpose vessels to conduct open sea research in the EEZ of Cyprus in the Levantine Basin, while for coastal surveys hires suitable small vessels.
